No returns after delivery. Once the delivery note has been signed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please inspect your product carefully upon delivery before signing.
Warranty and replacements. All products carry their own manufacturer's warranty. If your product is found to be defective or faulty under warranty terms, contact us immediately with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Products qualifying under warranty will be repaired or replaced accordingly.
Damaged or faulty products on delivery. If you notice any damage or defects before signing the delivery note, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or further action.
