We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, images and specifications. Pricing is confirmed at the time of quote and may vary based on manufacturer costs, stock availability and delivery location. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
A quote or order is only confirmed once accepted in writing (email or WhatsApp) by Tubby Tanks. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery timelines, fees and coverage areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the delivery note has been signed.
Our approach to returns, faulty goods and manufacturer warranties is set out in our Return & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tubby Tanks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under South African law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
